Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, and claims processing
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and meet operational and financial goals
• Lead and evaluate staff performance, including training and resolving complex account issues

Required qualifications

• 3 years of medical account collection experience
• Proven track record in implementing new processes or solutions
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business, or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience may substitute for degree requirements
