Job Summary
To support the expansion of a virtual cardiac rehabilitation program, the full-time 1099 Contractor Patient Growth Specialist will engage prospective patients through high-volume outbound calls, clearly explain program benefits, and guide individuals through enrollment and technical setup in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective patients
- Engage patients in clear, empathetic conversations to drive enrollment into the virtual cardiac rehab program
- Accurately document call outcomes and partner with Enrollment Operations and Clinical teams for a seamless patient experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Proven experience in cold calling or high-volume call environments
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly over the phone
- Ability to perform in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort helping patients navigate mobile apps
