Patient Liaison

Job Summary

To support patients and clinics involved in pharmaceutical research trials, the full-time Patient Liaison will provide excellent service by managing travel arrangements, processing expense reimbursements, and serving as the primary point of contact for all related parties in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, study sites, vendors, and other related parties
• Schedule travel requests for patients enrolled in clinical trials, including arrangements for flights, hotels, and ground transportation
• Process expense reimbursements for approved expenses, ensuring compliance with study parameters

Required qualifications

• BS or BA degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience within the customer service or life sciences industry preferred
• Experience in the travel and/or hospitality industry is a plus
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work with financial information and convert foreign currency to USD
