Job Summary

To support a growing physical therapy practice, the full-time Patient Onboarding Associate will manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and communications with healthcare providers while working remotely in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a metrics-driven call center environment
• Manage patient registration, scheduling, and healthcare provider communications
• Accurately collect and document patient demographics and medical information

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of Office Administration experience required
• 1 year of experience in a call/contact center or high call volume environment preferred
• Proficient with Google Suite
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have reliable high-speed internet and a backup option for remote work
