Job Summary
To support a growing specialty pharmacy team, the full-time remote Patient Programs Specialist will coordinate, monitor, and audit manufacturer programs while ensuring compliance and optimal pharmacy operations through patient outreach and communication with healthcare providers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide patient outreach via outbound calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients
- Communicate with doctor's offices and clinics to gather and provide prescription information
- Develop and perform ongoing profile audits for compliance with manufacturer programs
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Certified CPhT or ExCPT preferred
- 2 years of pharmacy support or healthcare environment experience preferred
- 1 year of experience at Lumicera or equivalent preferred
- Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
