Job Summary
To support a growing specialty pharmacy team, the full-time remote Patient Programs Specialist will coordinate and monitor manufacturer programs, conduct patient outreach, and ensure compliance with program guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Provide patient outreach through outbound calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients
- Communicate with healthcare providers to gather and relay prescription information
- Develop written communications regarding program management for patients and providers
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Certified CPhT or ExCPT preferred
- 2 years of pharmacy support or healthcare experience preferred
- 1 year of relevant experience at Lumicera or equivalent preferred
- Commitment to compliance with federal and state laws and ethical standards
