Patient Recruiter

Job Summary

Connecting patients to potentially life-changing clinical trials, the remote Patient Recruiter will conduct outreach, educate participants on clinical trial opportunities, and maintain detailed records while fostering relationships with patients and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach through calls, social media, community events, and physician referrals to identify and engage potential study participants
• Educate patients on ongoing clinical trials, eligibility, and study benefits
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient onboarding process and meet enrollment targets for assigned studies

Required Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, clinical research, sales, or community outreach is preferred but not required
• Self-motivated with excellent organization and follow-up skills
• Comfortable engaging with patients from diverse backgrounds
• Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply
