Patient Recruiter with Medical License

Job Summary

To support a growing clinical research initiative, the full-time Patient Recruiter with a Medical License will plan, organize, and implement recruitment programs to meet enrollment goals while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Phone screen patients or caregivers empathetically and document patient information accurately in the database
• Schedule patient appointments and manage incoming calls from potential study participants
• Evaluate eligibility of subjects through screening interviews and maintain knowledge of clinical research studies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 months experience in a medical environment or customer service
• Medical license such as MA, CNA, LPN/LVN, or EMT is highly preferred
• Experience with calendar management and clinical trial management systems is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in computer applications, including electronic health records
• Ability to handle sensitive patient health information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
