Patient Recruitment Coordinator

Job Summary

To support patient recruitment and enrollment initiatives for a growing clinical research organization, the Contract Patient Recruitment Coordinator will manage recruitment strategies, monitor enrollment performance, and collaborate with research sites and sponsors in a remote, flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate patient recruitment strategies and enrollment campaigns for clinical trials
• Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve enrollment goals and address recruitment challenges
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide updates on study progress to clients and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in patient recruitment or clinical research operations
• Strong understanding of patient enrollment processes and clinical research compliance
• Experience with IRB submissions and patient engagement initiatives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; experience with CROs or sponsors preferred
• Exposure to therapeutic areas such as CNS, pediatrics, or gene therapy is a plus
