Patient Recruitment Coordinator

Job Summary

To support patient recruitment and enrollment initiatives for a growing clinical research organization, the Contract Patient Recruitment Coordinator will partner with research sites and internal teams, execute recruitment strategies, and monitor enrollment performance while working remotely on a contract-to-hire basis with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate patient recruitment strategies and enrollment campaigns for ongoing clinical trials
• Partner with internal teams, sponsors, and research sites to achieve enrollment goals and address recruitment challenges
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide updates to clients and stakeholders on study progress

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in patient recruitment, clinical trial recruitment, or clinical research operations
• Strong understanding of patient enrollment processes and clinical research compliance requirements
• Experience with IRB submissions and patient engagement initiatives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; experience with CROs or patient recruitment vendors preferred
• Exposure to CNS, neurology, pediatrics, or rare disease recruitment strategies is a plus
