Patient Recruitment Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Recruitment & Retention Delivery Leads, the full-time remote Patient Recruitment and Retention Execution Manager will oversee patient recruitment, retention, and site engagement strategies across clinical trials, ensuring effective execution and optimization of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to support study-level execution of recruitment and retention strategies
• Manage resource planning, performance expectations, and operational standards for the team
• Monitor execution progress and provide recommendations to mitigate risks and optimize outcomes

Required Qualifications

• B.A. or B.Sc. in a scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of relevant experience in patient recruitment/retention within CRO or pharma environments
• 5+ years of people management experience, including coaching and performance management
• Strong vendor oversight experience, including KPI monitoring and risk management
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions in a matrixed environment
