Patient Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a clinical research clinic remotely, the full-time Patient Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for recruiting patients for studies, administering prescreening surveys, and maintaining the patient database to ensure effective recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Recruit patients for multiple studies by contacting referrals and identifying candidates from the internal database
• Schedule initial visits for eligible patients and maintain an updated tracker of scheduled patients and visit outcomes
• Understand assigned studies thoroughly by reviewing protocols and attending training sessions

Required qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Minimum associate or bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in psychology, health sciences, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment
• Demonstrated relevant experience in patient recruitment or clinical research environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
