Patient Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing clinic in Central Florida, the full-time Patient Recruitment Specialist will recruit patients for clinical studies by administering prescreening surveys, maintaining a database of potential participants, and scheduling screening visits while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Recruit patients for multiple studies by contacting referrals generated from marketing efforts
• Identify eligible patients from the internal database and schedule initial visits at facilities
• Maintain an updated tracker of scheduled patients and follow up as necessary

Required qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in psychology, health sciences, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related position, preferably in a medical environment
• Demonstrated relevant experience in patient recruitment or clinical research environments
