Patient Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Patient Recruitment Specialist based in Central Florida, this role focuses on recruiting patients for clinical studies by administering prescreening surveys, maintaining a patient database, and scheduling visits for eligible candidates in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Recruit patients for multiple studies through outreach and referrals
• Identify and schedule eligible patients from the internal database for initial visits
• Maintain an updated tracker of scheduled patients and follow up as necessary

Required qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Background in psychology, health sciences, or related field, or relevant experience in patient recruitment or clinical research
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment
