Patient Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Winter Garden, FL clinic in a remote capacity, the full-time Patient Recruitment Specialist will manage patient recruitment for clinical studies by administering prescreening surveys, scheduling visits, and maintaining a database of potential participants.

Key responsibilities:

• Recruit patients for multiple studies by contacting referrals generated from marketing efforts
• Identify and schedule eligible patients from the internal database for initial visits at facilities
• Maintain an updated tracker of scheduled patients and follow up as necessary

Required qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in psychology, health sciences, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment
• Relevant experience in patient recruitment or clinical research environments is a plus
