Job Summary

Supporting participant enrollment strategies, the fully remote contract-to-hire Patient Recruitment Specialist will coordinate recruitment initiatives, collaborate with project teams, and analyze metrics to optimize engagement across various clinical studies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute patient recruitment initiatives to meet enrollment goals for clinical research projects
• Collaborate with project teams and external partners to monitor recruitment performance and identify improvement areas
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide updates to stakeholders while recommending strategies for participant engagement

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in patient recruitment within the clinical research or healthcare research industry
• Understanding of IRB requirements and regulatory considerations related to clinical studies
• Prior project management experience or exposure to managing study-related timelines is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred
