Patient Recruitment Strategy Director

Job Summary

Leading the implementation of recruitment and retention strategies, the full-time Patient Recruitment Strategy Director will ensure compliance with global guidelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve clinical trial enrollment and retention goals in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute recruitment methodologies and develop policies aligned with global regulations for clinical trials
• Lead the informed consent governance team and ensure compliance with ICH/GCP standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create patient-friendly study documents and achieve recruitment targets

Required qualifications

• BS/BA or MS/MA degree in Science, Business, or a related discipline with extensive relevant experience
• At least 6 years of experience in global informed consent processes and clinical trials
• Experience in electronic data management and reducing patient/site burden during trials
• Strong knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements for clinical trials worldwide
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills in complex organizational structures
