Job Summary

Working remotely in the Hawaii Time Zone, the full-time Patient Registration Representative will manage patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collection to ensure a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, updating demographic and insurance information
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations
• Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments while maintaining accurate patient records

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Healthcare registration or medical office experience preferred
• Familiarity with EHR systems and insurance verification processes is a plus
