Patient Registration Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely with a Tuesday through Saturday schedule, the Patient Registration Specialist will facilitate new patient transitions to services, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Engages with patients, referral sources, and internal teams to coordinate discharge and secure necessary services
• Obtains and communicates all required documentation for new referrals and assists patients with payment options
• Supports clean claims management and follows up on missing paperwork to minimize denials

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of related experience
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple referrals simultaneously
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on quality
• High degree of customer service skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
