Job Summary

To support the Scheduling Center Operations, the full-time Patient Representative I will manage patient registration, admission, and scheduling while ensuring compliance with safety and confidentiality standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures patient safety by identifying the correct patient and preparing necessary precautions for those with infectious diseases
• Provides customer service by assisting patients, families, and staff with registration, admission, and scheduling processes
• Maintains confidentiality and safeguards patient information while ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No directly related experience required
