Patient Resource Representative

Job Summary

Handling a high volume of inbound calls, the full-time Patient Resource Representative will assist patients with scheduling appointments, managing provider selections, and accessing patient portals while working remotely in North Carolina.

Key responsibilities

• Answer 80-130 inbound calls daily, providing professional and efficient service to callers
• Schedule appointments for new and established patients and communicate prescription refill requests to clinic staff
• Develop strong working relationships with clinic and medical staff to facilitate effective patient communication and care

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a medical office setting (preferred)
• Strong computer skills and experience with internet-based applications
• Knowledge of electronic medical records programs
• Call center or clinic telephony experience (required)
