Patient Resource Representative

Job Summary

Answering a high volume of inbound calls, the full-time Patient Resource Representative will assist patients with scheduling appointments, managing inquiries, and troubleshooting concerns while working remotely from the surrounding areas of Hendersonville, NC.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 80-130 inbound calls daily, providing professional and efficient responses
• Assist patients with selecting providers and preparing for their first appointments
• Communicate prescription refill requests and maintain relationships with clinic staff to facilitate patient care

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a medical office (preferred)
• Strong computer skills and experience with internet-based applications
• Knowledge of electronic medical records and call center experience
• Proficiency in a second language (preferred)
