Patient Resupply Specialist

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service in a full-time remote capacity, the Patient Resupply Specialist will assist patients and providers with resupply orders, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients by coordinating resupply orders and clarifying their needs while providing solutions and alternatives
• Process supply orders received via phone, confirming patient eligibility and ensuring accurate documentation of account details
• Proactively address patient complaints and feedback to enhance overall satisfaction and improve service delivery

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry preferred
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Basic mathematical proficiency and ability to interpret spreadsheet data
• Strong ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
