Patient Revenue Cycle Coordinator

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Patient Revenue Cycle Coordinator will manage patient billing and collection processes, ensuring compliance with departmental policies while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Process patient demographic and insurance information accurately and efficiently
• Handle payment posting, cash reconciliation, and insurance follow-up in a call center environment
• Assist with financial clearance, counseling, and self-pay collections to ensure revenue collection

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a healthcare or customer service environment
• Proficiency in using PCs, websites, and Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel
• Ability to manage difficult customer interactions and resolve conflicts independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
