Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Patient Scheduler 2 will manage complex scheduling for diagnostic therapy and procedures while interacting with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure smooth coordination of care.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule complex treatments and verify patient demographic and insurance information
• Answer incoming calls and educate patients on appointment preparation and scheduling protocols
• Utilize various computer applications and scheduling software to coordinate multiple treatments across UHealth locations

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a scheduling or healthcare environment
