Job Summary
To support a fast-paced call center environment, the part-time Patient Scheduling Assistant will answer patient calls, complete registrations, and schedule appointments, transitioning to a remote work structure after initial training.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from patients and assist with registration and scheduling
- Provide superior customer service while communicating effectively with a diverse population
- Transition from in-person training to a work-from-home setup after approximately four weeks
Required qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Two years of previous call center or healthcare experience required
- Associate's degree in a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required
