Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Patient Scheduling Coordinator will manage patient scheduling, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with administrative tasks after completing onsite training in Live Oak, TX, transitioning to a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries
- Schedule new patient appointments and coordinate with clinic teams for proper scheduling
