Patient Service Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Patient Service Representative I will manage patient scheduling, registration, and billing inquiries while working remotely from Ohio.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring adherence to customer service standards
• Accurately enter patient demographic and financial information into the EMR system
• Educate patients on billing procedures, insurance eligibility, and MyChart activation

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, medical office, call center, or collections
• Typing speed of 40 wpm and basic computer skills
