Patient Service Representative

Job Summary

Joining a dedicated team, the full-time Patient Service Representative will manage patient insurance verification, coordinate appointments, and address patient inquiries while working remotely from Worcester, MA.

Key responsibilities

• Verifying patient insurance coverage and updating demographic information
• Scheduling and coordinating patient visits and medical procedures
• Addressing patient-care related calls and providing education on managed care plans

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a clinical setting
• 1+ years of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
• Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, during normal business hours
