Patient Services Representative

Job Summary

Serving as the first point of contact for patients, the full-time Patient Services Representative will manage patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collection while working remotely on a Hawaii time zone schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, updating demographic and insurance information
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations
• Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Healthcare registration or medical office experience preferred
• Familiarity with EHR systems and insurance verification processes is a plus
