Patient Services Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Radiology Services team, the full-time Patient Services Specialist will provide efficient communication, schedule appointments, and gather patient information while working remotely within a two-hour commute to UW Tower.

Key responsibilities

• Provide internal and external communication support, including phone answering and call triaging
• Schedule provider and ancillary service appointments for patients
• Obtain and manage patient demographic, financial, and clinical information

Required qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent
• Two years of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinic team members to prioritize patient satisfaction
