Job Summary

To provide patient-centered access and support, the full-time Patient Services Specialist will manage appointment scheduling, assist with health applications, and serve as an informational resource for patients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate patient access to healthcare services by scheduling appointments and classes
• Provide tier 1 technical support for patient health applications
• Nurture relationships with patients seeking treatment and assist them in navigating the health network

Required qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• 2 years of experience engaging customers virtually over the phone
