To support patient access initiatives, the full-time Patient Services Specialist will provide coordinated access to healthcare services, assist with appointment scheduling, and offer technical support for health applications while working remotely with a variable schedule that includes early morning and evening shifts.
Key responsibilities:

- Provide tier 1 technical support for patient health applications
- Build and maintain relationships with patients seeking treatment and information
Required qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
