Patient Services Specialist

Job Summary

To support patient access and engagement, the full-time Patient Services Specialist will provide coordinated access to healthcare services, schedule appointments, and offer technical support, all while working remotely with a variable schedule including weekdays and weekends.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate patient navigation within the healthcare network by scheduling appointments and classes
• Provide tier 1 technical support for patient health applications
• Build and maintain relationships with patients seeking treatment and information

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
• 2 years of experience engaging customers virtually over the phone
