Payer Contract Manager

Job Summary

Managing contracting activities for the Payer Contracting Department, the full-time Payer Contract Manager will coordinate negotiations, assess payer relationships, and ensure contract compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in the negotiation of fee-for-service contracts and risk-sharing arrangements
• Assess and evaluate payer relationships to identify opportunities for improvement
• Serve as the primary contact for communication with payers and internal constituents

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in Payer or Provider Contracting and healthcare contract negotiations
• Experience with Value Based Contract requirements
• EPIC Billing Experience preferred
