Payer Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare technology company, the contract Payer Enrollment Specialist will manage the health plan enrollment process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end health plan enrollment process, coordinating with external vendors and completing escalated enrollment requests as necessary
• Monitor in-process enrollments through consistent follow-up and maintain thorough documentation within company systems
• Act as a subject matter expert on payer-specific enrollment requirements and build strong relationships with payer representatives to streamline submissions

Required qualifications:

• At least 3 years of direct experience with payer enrollment processes
• Proficiency in GSuites tools, including GSheets, GDocs, and GMail
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in complex enrollment packages
• Ability to communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
