Payer Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Managing payer enrollments and re-enrollments for clinicians across various markets, the full-time remote Payer Enrollment Specialist will oversee the end-to-end process of enrolling new providers, collaborating with clinical hires and vendors, while identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own the enrollment process for new providers with health plan partners, ensuring compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements
• Collaborate with new clinical hires and third-party vendors to manage license applications and renewals
• Partner with the Licensing, Credentialing, and Enrollment team to streamline provider enrollments across existing and new markets

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare operations experience, preferably in healthcare delivery or a high-growth startup
• Experience with payer credentialing for various clinician roles, including APPs, therapists, and physicians
• Proven experience enrolling clinicians in state Medicaid programs
• Exceptional project management and prioritization skills
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for maternal and child health
