Job Summary

Leading revenue cycle management initiatives, the full-time remote Payer Manager will transform processes, inspire teams, and drive measurable outcomes to enhance patient access to care.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and lead RCM teams, fostering a coaching environment while managing onshore and offshore operations
• Utilize data analytics and automation to improve collections and reduce costs, adapting strategies based on payer trends
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, AP, and operations teams to ensure alignment and shared success across the organization

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in revenue cycle management
• Experience in radiology or imaging billing preferred
• Proficiency in denial management and root cause analysis
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics and automation
• Bachelor's degree preferred
