Payer Network Development Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare clearinghouse, the full-time Payer Network Development Specialist will research and identify integration opportunities with payers, manage outreach efforts, and maintain payer data to establish direct connectivity with over 3,000 payer connections in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research payers to identify integration opportunities and maintain accurate records in the CRM
• Build and maintain a prioritized list of target payers and conduct outreach to secure initial conversations
• Collaborate with the integrations team to hand off qualified payer opportunities with clear context and next steps

Required qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, specifically with payers, clearinghouses, or RCM businesses
• Understanding of payer decision-making processes and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to manage a large pipeline or multiple engagements simultaneously
• Exceptional client or partner-facing experience in roles such as consulting or business development
• Technical proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis, including experience in building AI-powered workflows
