Payer Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Ensuring data quality and reliability across payer data pipelines, the full-time Payer Operations Analyst will manage data quality issues, collaborate with internal teams and payers, and enhance data integrity in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and resolve data quality issues across payer data feeds while maintaining accurate contract metadata
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data issues and lead data initiatives from discovery through implementation
• Maintain standard operating procedures for data issue triage and enhance long-term data reliability by addressing root causes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of experience in data operations, analytics, or related technical roles within healthcare or similar environments
• Intermediate SQL programming experience
• Technical fluency across various data platforms and tools, including data warehouses and BI software
• Proven track record of effective collaboration in cross-functional teams and clear communication of technical insights
