Payer Relations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting clients throughout the provider enrollment lifecycle, the full-time remote Payer Relations Specialist will manage provider enrollment processes, advise on billing structures, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end provider enrollment process, including initial enrollment, recredentialing, and payer contracting readiness
• Serve as a subject matter expert on enrollment requirements and compliance standards for clients
• Prepare and submit enrollment applications for providers and healthcare facilities across commercial and government payers

Required qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in provider enrollment, payer enrollment, or a client-facing healthcare services role
• Proficiency in credentialing/enrollment systems or payer portals, such as CAQH and PECOS
• Working knowledge of commercial and government insurance payers, including Medicare and Medicaid
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining accurate provider data and documentation
