Payer Strategy Analytics Senior

Job Summary

As the analytical lead for payor contracting and out-of-network reimbursement, the full-time Payer Strategy Analytics Senior will manage financial tracking, data-driven decision support, and develop financial models while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the key analytical partner for payor contracting and revenue cycle teams, focusing on reimbursement strategy
• Build financial models to support payor contract negotiations and ensure revenue recognition aligns with expected outcomes
• Analyze regulatory developments and their potential impact on business leaders, while tracking payor contract performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Economics, Health Policy, Informatics, or a related field; MBA or master's preferred
• At least 5 years of reporting, analytics, and business operations experience, preferably in healthcare/provider space
• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in payor contracting analytics or out-of-network reimbursement
• 2-3 years of leadership experience preferred
• Working knowledge of the No Surprises Act and federal IDR process
