Payment Integration Manager

Job Summary

Owning payment integrations end to end, the full-time remote Payment Integration Manager will manage the onboarding cycle for new payment providers, respond to payment incidents, and define acceptance standards for integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Run the full onboarding cycle for new payment providers, including technical calls, configuration, testing, and production launch
• Serve as the first line of response for payment incidents, driving resolutions for issues like failed transactions and anomalies
• Define acceptance standards for new integrations and make go/no-go decisions prior to launch

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in payments, PSP integrations, or fintech platforms with hands-on ownership of integrations
• Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and asynchronous payment statuses
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and structured checkout testing
• Ability to read and interpret provider API documentation to create actionable specifications
• Fluency in English and Russian at a working level
