Payment Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Payment Integrity Analyst will perform analyses to link business needs and objectives, support business initiatives through data analysis, and enhance performance management related to new business implementation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis, user acceptance testing, and identification of implementation barriers
• Identify and analyze user requirements and existing processes to recommend potential business solutions
• Lead problem-solving efforts and coordinate between various business units to improve operational reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of business process analysis experience, preferably in healthcare or claims payment/analysis
• Knowledge of managed care information systems and provider reimbursement methodologies preferred
• Experience with medical coding certification and structured testing preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
