Job Summary
Collaborating with Payment Integrity Audit program leaders and cross-functional teams, the remote Payment Integrity Business Analyst will enhance business requirements, manage inventory and claim prioritization, and develop internal reporting and audit workflows in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Define and document client business requirements across all client PI Audit programs
- Monitor audit inventory for aging, prioritization, and forecasting
- Partner with reporting teams to ensure accurate inventory and MBR reporting
Required qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Payment Integrity Audit & Recovery Programs
- Project Management experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in payment integrity services
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and other standard business tools
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven problem solving
