Job Summary
Leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Payment Integrity Consultant will optimize business unit performance through policy guidance, data analysis, and project management while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitates the development of business cases to assess opportunities, risks, and return on investment for assigned initiatives
- Organizes work teams and drives consensus to ensure effective implementation of end-to-end processes
- Performs detailed analysis of data and workflows, providing potential solutions to execute initiatives effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
- Master's Degree in a related field preferred
- 5+ years of healthcare, insurance, or related experience required
- Demonstrated experience in training, presenting, and facilitating required
