Job Summary

Leading a team focused on payment integrity activities, the full-time remote Payment Integrity Manager will oversee recovery operations, ensure adherence to operational standards, and implement quality assurance programs to meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for payment integrity programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies
• Hire, train, and develop staff to enhance inventory management and recovery performance
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and propose improvements for recovery effectiveness

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in health care operations, including 4 years in payment integrity or claims
• Minimum of 1 year in a management or leadership role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software programs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to establish effective relationships with coworkers, members, and providers
