Job Summary
Resolving complex payment operations inquiries, the full-time remote Spend Payment Operations Analyst will manage client issues related to card declines, reimbursements, and ERP exports while leveraging technical resources and analytical skills to investigate and document solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve complex card declines, reimbursement, and ERP export inquiries through various communication channels
- Investigate failed transactions using internal tools and provide clients with resolution guidance
- Conduct initial investigations on platform bugs and submit structured Jira tickets to Engineering
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in payment operations or fintech support
- Deep knowledge of payment mechanics, including card issuing and ACH network rules
- Advanced technical troubleshooting skills with experience in analyzing raw logs and error payloads
- Working knowledge of ERP and accounting integration in enterprise systems
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and author standard operating procedures
