Payment Operations Associate

Job Summary

Collaborating within the Business Operations Department, the remote Payment Operations Associate will manage the daily settlement pipeline, communicate with creditors to resolve payment exceptions, and support documentation acquisition for payment remittance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily settlement pipeline and exception reporting for payment setup and clearing
• Communicate with creditors and agencies to clear payment exceptions and uncleared payments
• Utilize banking ledger to determine fund availability for payment remittance and ensure sufficient account balances

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred or 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Proven track record of effective collaboration with diverse teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
