Job Summary
Supporting daily payment operations, the full-time Payment Operations Specialist will manage chargeback and PayPal dispute workflows, investigate payment inquiries, and analyze payment data in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support chargeback and PayPal dispute workflows, including case review and evidence gathering
- Monitor chargeback volumes and analyze disputes by reason code, product, and geography
- Track authorization approval and decline rates, investigating discrepancies across processors and payment methods
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in payment operations, chargebacks, or related fields
- Basic understanding of card payments, payment processors, and the chargeback lifecycle
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
- Willingness to work a schedule that includes weekends
